How to Buy a Gift Voucher
Gift vouchers work the same as normal products. Add them to your shopping cart until you reach your desired amount. Then click on Proceed to Checkout and complete your Payment option. Once you click on Buy Now you'll receive a unique Voucher Code, and a link to download a PDF file with the voucher. You can then print out, or e-mail, this PDF file to the recipient of your voucher.
Where can I find the Vouchers?
- Under the "Special Ideas" option (situated on the left hand side of the screen), select the gift certificate option.
- Please provide us with your own name as well as the name and e-mail address of the recipient.
- You have the option to receive the gift voucher electronically or to have it snd to a ostal address.
- You will need to be a registered user in order to buy the gift voucher.
- You have the option at this point of time to log in or to register as a new user.
When can I send the Gift Voucher?
| Please note that the Voucher will only be active once it has been authorised (paid for). You will receive a Receipt e-mail once we have successfully authorised your voucher - this will be your cue to send the voucher to your recipient. |
How do I use my Gift Voucher
- Login or Register at www.mousemall.co.za
- Select the product that you would like to buy. Click on the "Add to Cart" Button for each product. The item will then appear in your shopping cart, along with its quantity;
- Once you've added all the items you wish to buy, you can then complete your order by clicking on the "Checkout" Link that displays underneath your shopping cart;
- This will then take you to the final checkout phase. Select your payment preference as being "gift voucher" and click on "continue".
- Please update the "Customer notes" block if you have a spesific request regarding your order.
- Click on "Submit order".
- You will receive an order notification online and this will give you the opportunity to 1) print your tax invoice, or 2) Continue Shopping.
- An order notification will also be send to your e-mail address.
PLEASE NOTE:
Gift vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any any promotion/ special prices on the website.
Gift vouchers may only be redeemed against normally priced merchandise.
