How do I create an account?

1. Firstly you will need to REGISTER as a new customer.
2. Complete the Login Information in order to create your profile;
3. Complete the Personal Information, Shipping and Billing address as well as your Contact Information;
4. Create a username and password a). Your password must be different from your username. We recommend you using passwords of 5 or more characters.
5. Please click on the box in the Newsletter section if you are interested in receiving a regular news letter from us. The news letter will be filled with interesting information about new products available on the website, promotions, special offers etc.

How do I edit my account information?
In order to edit your personal information, you would need to be logged in.
On the Account Login box on the right hand side, in the middle of the page. Login with your username and password.
Click on the Modify Profile option under the My Cart tab in order to change any of your personal details.

I forgot my password.
Click on the Recover Password, reflected under Account Login, situated on the right hand side, in the middle of the page.
Please supply us with your e-mail address.
We will send your password back to you. Due to security reasons we will only send the password back to the original registered e-mail address.

What do we mean with "Pre-Order"?
The Pre-Order function allows you to place advance orders for items that have not yet been released. Placing an item on pre-order allows us to order the item in advance to ensure that you are one of the first to receive the item when it is released.

How to Subscribe to the MouseMall Newsletter:
In the News letter tab:

1. Please supply us with your e-mail address, 
2. Click on "Go", next to the "subscribe" option.

How to Place an Order

1. Register and log onto the website (Refer procedures above);
2. You can now start shopping. Select the product that you would like to buy. Click on the "Add to Cart" Button for each product. The item will then appear in your shopping cart, along with its quantity;
3. Once you've added all the items you wish to buy, you can then complete your order by clicking on the "Checkout" Link that displays underneath your shopping cart;
4. This will then take you to the final checkout phase. Select your payment preference and click on "continue".
5. Please update the "Customer notes" block if you have a spesific request regarding your order.
6. Click on "Submit order".
7. You will receive an order notification online and this will give you the opportunity to 1) print your tax invoice, or 2) Continue Shopping.
8. An order notification will also be send to your e-mail address.
