How is my order shipped?
Your order will be shipped by courier to any physical address of your choice, within the borders of South Africa.

How do I cancel my order?

How do I track my order?
Once we dispatch your order you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail with all the relevant tracking numbers and contact details.

What does On Hold Mean
"On Hold" means that a particular item has just arrived and is waiting for another item on your order. As soon as all the items have arrived, the statuses will change to "Ready to ship" and your parcel will leave the warehouse shortly afterwards.

Order Items Older than 3 Months
While MouseMall will make every effort to ensure that all orders are shipped out timeously, if an item goes on back order we will only keep the order active for 3 months from the order date. Should we be unable to receive the item from our suppliers within the 3 month period we will :-

1. Cancel the item from your order;
2. Ship the balance of the order if we haven't done so already;
3. Allocate a credit on your profile for the purchase price of the item.

4. If you paid a shipping fee for delivery of the item, we will also include the shipping fee in your credit. You will then be able to use this credit for your next order. The amount will automatically be deducted during the checkout phase of the order.

What Does New Order Mean?
"New Order" means that our supplier has not yet confirmed our order with them. Once our supplier has confirmed the order the status will change to "Ordered from Supplier".
