When Can I Pre-Order?
Once we have a confirmed Price and Expected Due Date for an Item we'll make it available as a Pre-Order item.
You can then place a Pre-Order for this unreleased item so as to ensure that you'll receive it as soon as possible after the release date. (Note: Release Date's are subject to Change without prior notice). We'll keep customers informed off any changes via email as they might occur.
When do I get Charged?
We'll only charge Credit Card Pre-Orders shortly before an item's confirmed release date. We will notify you should the price of the item change before the release date.
Bank Deposit orders will receive a notification from MouseMall when they should make their Deposits.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
Should you wish to cancel a Pre-Order please email: info@mousemall.co.za to do this or alternatively call us at 086 111 4860. Remember to quote your Order ID as your reference number.
What happens if the price of your pre-ordered item goes down?
If the price of an item you've already pre-ordered is dropped before its released, we will automatically adjust your pre-order to the new lower price, and ensure you are charged for the new price. If you have already been charged, or have already deposited, we will place the difference as credit on your profile, for use with your next order.
What happens if the price of your pre-ordered item goes up?
If the price of your pre-ordered item increases prior to its release, we will temporarily suspend your pre-order. At the same time we will send you an e-mail, offering you the alternative of changing your pre-order to the new price, or cancelling your pre-order. If we don't receive any response within 48 hours to our e-mail notification we will automatically cancel the pre-order.
